Deposit

All approved applications will require a refundable traditional “cash” deposit of $750. All traditional deposits are required to be paid in certified funds. Depending on your application approval (standard, conditional, or override), an additional deposit may be required. Deposits cannot be used to pay the last month’s rent. Cash is not accepted.

Surety Bond

In addition to the $750 deposit, households may have the option to purchase a Rhino Surety Bond as additional lease coverage towards any financial liability that may accrue during the term or exit of the lease. Coverage amounts vary based on the state and screening decisions. Policy rates are determined by the 3rd party provider.

ADDITIONAL Coverage Rates* By Approval Category:

Standard Approval: 1 months’ rent

Conditional Approval: 2 months’ rent

Application Override: 3 months’ rent
